Job Duck as an Executive Administrative Assistant and become a key contributor to the smooth operation of a busy legal practice. In this role, you will provide high level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and help maintain efficient workflows that keep daily operations running seamlessly. You will also play an important part in supporting client intake activities, tracking prospective clients, and ensuring timely follow up throughout the client journey. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with clients while balancing multiple priorities. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain structure, and support both administrative and client related processes will have a direct impact on productivity, client satisfaction, and overall business success.
Monthly Compensation: 1,060 to 1,150 USD
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and deadlines are completed efficiently
Assist with client onboarding and document collection processes
Support lead follow up efforts to help maximize consultation attendance and conversion opportunities
Maintain accurate client and prospect information within CRM systems
Monitor and track new leads through the intake and consultation process
Organize and maintain administrative records, documents, and correspondence
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities
Provide general executive and operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and client management processes
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and company information
Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare reports, summaries, and administrative documentation as needed
Respond to inquiries professionally and ensure timely communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and prospective clients
Coordinate meetings, consultations, and follow up communications
