Hands-on experience with observability tooling including Honeycomb, Sentry, and AWS CloudWatch

Deep expertise implementing zero-downtime deployment strategies with automated rollbacks

Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and traffic routing

Proficiency building dashboards and visualizations for real-time service health

Background in database monitoring solutions for RDS Postgres

Experience creating custom metrics and instrumentation for application-specific insights

Hands-on experience with application profiling to identify performance bottlenecks

Experience with Cloudflare WAF including origin shielding and firewall rule management

Familiarity with Okta IdP integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations
