Growth & Lead-Ops Operator — Pre-Launch Fintech

A pre-launch fintech company — a lending-data and borrower-wallet platform — is hiring a Growth & Lead-Ops Operator to own its verified-lead funnel through launch. This is a high-ownership, execution-first seat: you won't be advising on strategy, you'll be running the funnel yourself and owning the number.
What You'll Own
Own an inbound verified-lead flow end-to-end — from purchased/partner credit-bureau leads to verified wallet sign-ups
Select lead sources, run creative tests, and stand up attribution from scratch
Drive a measured, continuously improving cost-per-result
Operate through a fixed soft launch on October 1, ramping through March 31
Recommend lead segments to test and partner with the company's data lead on attribution
Launch and iterate on campaign tests based on real performance data
Proven experience personally owning a lead or performance funnel to a number — not supporting one
Fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial-services lead experience, strongly preferred
Comfort operating within regulated-marketing constraints
Fluency in attribution and unit economics — CAC, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, conversion, funnel yield
Ability to start immediately and operate with minimal direction
