Freelance Sales Rep (Commission-Only), Hospitality Software

Mangobeds is a property management system for colivings, hostels, hotels, campsites, glamping sites, cabins, retreats, surf stays, villas and vacation rentals, from small independents to large operators running 10 to 200 units. We have paying customers across Europe, the Americas and Asia, and we are looking for self-employed sales reps to bring us more.

THE DEAL

• Commission-only. You earn 30% of everything a customer you bring pays us in their first 12 months, rising to 35% and then 40% as you close more.
• Paid monthly, within 15 days of month end, once the customer has been with us for one month. No long vesting, no quarterly wait.
• Customers on annual plans pay the full year up front, so a single close can mean one large payment landing within 30 days.
• You find the properties yourself. You choose the markets and the operators you go after, and we back you with full product access, demos and pricing support whenever you need them.
• You keep your other clients. The only restriction is not selling for a competing property management system.
• Fully remote, your own hours, no quotas, no daily activity reports.

YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF

• You have sold software, travel or hospitality services before and can run your own pipeline end to end.
• You know the coliving, hostel, hotel or holiday rental world, or you will learn it fast. Experience selling to larger operators and multi-property groups counts for most here.
• You are self-employed and can invoice us.
• You speak English, plus any of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French or German.

ONE HOUSE RULE

If another rep is already working an account, you cannot jump on it. Ask us and we will tell you who has what.

WHAT YOU GET FROM US

• Honest answers. We will tell you what does not work yet, so you never sell something we cannot deliver.
